I just wanna say, Al Gore is an idiot. I could list plenty of examples as to why, but I'll just list one. It's gonna be -18 degrees with -40 windchill in Chicago tomorrow, no I didn't say tomorrow night, I said TOMORROW, like when the sun is out!! So much for global warming. It's amazing how junk science can get you a Nobel Prize. I would say an Oscar, but they routinely give those to horrible movies.
Disclaimer: This was written in good fun, so please don't send me emails about how Al Gore is an amazing person (after all he did invent the internet). I do not really think he is an unintelligent man, I just think on some (ok maybe a lot) topics he's kinda off.

no offense but wikipedia is not exactly the most scholarly source. I am aware that he didn't come up with the theory, but he's the one who flew around in his private jet scamming people into buying "carbon credits". Supposedly global warming is supposed (Supposedly supposed... good choice of words there...) to bring extreme highs and lows... In the summer --> Insane heat... and in the winter, because of all the ice melting, the oceans are cooled... which means Yayyyy colddd and snowww.. So either it's true or scientists just needed an excuse to justify... the exact opposite of 'warming' ^_^
But Al Gore is kind of a wanker. His charts are wayyy off... and he exaggerated a little about the polar bears drowning bit... they're not panziesss.. they can swim. They're also not going to wake up one morning in the middle of the ocean on a 4x4 chunk of ice.
Did they really give him a nobel prize...? That's laaaammmeee
